The conference will be held at Nuncio's Palace, a XVII century palace, which has been rebuilt as a conference center. The Nuncio's Palace acts also as a hotel, mostly just for conference attendants. The organization has reserved rooms in the Palace for the ECSA Conference, with the intention of allowing everybody to stay in just one place. Of course, everybody can choose to stay in any other accommodation if they prefer so.
Here we provide the information to make reservations in the hotels in Aranjuez which have reached agreements with the Organization to reserve some rooms and make their prices fit for the Conference. Anybody can use any other place of their choice, but please have in mind that Aranjuez is a very touristic place and the month of September is a time of excellent weather in Spain, so there is still a lot of people on holidays at this time of the year. The organization advises to make reservations as soon as possible, even several months before.
